This is one of my favorite times of the year and a time when we reflect on the events of the past year and anticipate the excitement of another new year.
On November 5th a group of family and friends gathered at Anthony’s Lake Club for our 6th Annual “Giving from The Heart” Gala. Together we raised over $60,000, what an amazing accomplishment!
We featured “The Art of The Heart” Documentary and Drew Sauer, the director received a standing ovation for his work.
Our “Raise the Balloon” to fund Dr. Rodefeld’s Fontan Pump for single ventricle children raised close to $12,000, the reality of another option other than a heart transplant is closer now more than ever!
Thank you for all the support and prayers over this past year, we feel so blessed. As I watch “It’s a Wonderful Life” again this Christmas Season I will feel like “George Bailey, the richest man in town because of all of you!
